AFF partners with Compeer Financial and Evergreen Bank to service and fund all loans originated through their website. Customers from all 50 states can apply for and be approved for farm mortgages, refinances, operating loans, and term loans.
How We Work
American Farm Financing (AFF) is a digital loan originator. We provide the digital tools for loan applicants to easily access farm loan options, terms, and rates.
A loan applicant can fill out any of our loan applications in less than ten minutes. Upon hitting “Submit”, we will perform a hard credit check and an approval / denial decision will be shown to the applicant onscreen. If approved, we will work with our partners at Compeer Financial and Evergreen Bank to service and close the loan.
American Farm Financing is the preferred loan partner for farm service companies. We welcome applicants from our partners as well as new applicants!
